"George Floyd wasn't asphyxiated because he had a 98% blood oxygen level at the hospital, after being artificially oxygenated by paramedics"

This is a defense?

#ChauvinTrail
#ChauvinIsGuilty
#ConvictChauvin
Citizens lives are not chocolate chip cookies.

This guy is unbearable.
Not an authorized use of force my guy.
There is no reasonable doubt that #chauvin used unreasonable force.
#DerekChauvin could not possibly have felt what he was doing was reasonable, unless his intent was to incite civil unrest.

Inciting civil unrest was a direct object of the White Supremacist police infiltration strategy I witnessed being enacted in the mid 90s.
"I know I'm not going to listen to my partners as they tell me not to murder this man."
The sentence for passing a counterfeit $20 is not death.

#DerekChauvin had an obligation to presume #GeorgeFloyd was innocent.

He had no right to pronounce a death sentence.
Somehow I doubt "cautious neck restraint" entails kneeling in a man's neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds.
"This guy won't get in the car, so I'm going to murder him" is not a reasonable officer's assessment.
The officers chose to remove #GeorgeFloyd from the car. At which point he immediately stopped resisting. Then #DerekChauvin proceeded to murder him. This is not a reasonable decision.
Right, it's what #chauvin did AFTER #GeorgeFloyd was passively laying on the pavement that constitutes murder.
Dead suspects are not safe.
Dead suspects are not resisting.
Physically managing a person does not include killing then.
9 minutes and 29 seconds is the entire focus.
A reasonable prediction of white supremacist infiltration of police for the purpose of creating civil disturbance, and ultimately a race war is racist white cops murdering POC in completely unjustifiable actions.
"We need EMS faster because one of our guys is murdering a man."
At the very least, when #GeorgeFloyd stopped talking (long before the end of 9 minutes and 29 seconds), a reasonable police officer would have taken his knee off the suspect's neck.
My perception is that #DerekChauvin wanted #GeorgeFloyd dead.
Yes, knowing he was on video, #DerekChauvin continued to carry out his execution.

This indicates an intentional action that was meant to create civil disturbance.

He was absolutely enjoying that shit.
The argument is "when" the force became unreasonable, not "if". Even the defense knows the force became unreasonable at some point.
Shouldn't the First Amendment make "verbal resistance" an impossibility?
I, for one, believe use of force against non-resisting suspects should be illegal.
There is absolutely an intent here. Murder is the intent. Image
Oh ffs, there is a wealth of evidence #chauvin intentionally applied lethal force.
#chauvin did not perform cpr. I'm guessing he did not go to the hospital. We do know he tried to cover his ass with his supervisor though.
It's well established that #DerekChauvin knew #GeorgeFloyd from working security at the same club.

Chauvin had access to knowledge that George Floyd had potential health complications.

This is information a reasonable officer would take into account.
For the record, fuck Eric Nelson forever.

"Just doing his job."
Again this clown wants us to ignore the testimony of medical experts to excuse murder.

Fuck this guy.
I really hope they come back within an hour with guilty on all charges.

Probably not going to happen, but one can hope.
It's a real bitch when you get called out on your bullshit.

Not a mistrial.
