This is not the first time Israel and its lobby target Black activism as a "threat" to be either co-opted and destroyed. I've written about this before: electronicintifada.net/blogs/ali-abun…

It's also significant that Israel is intensifying its attack on US Black struggle at precisely the time major "progressives" like @AOC, @AyannaPressley, @JamaalBowmanNY and others are abjectly pandering to the Israel lobby:

Israel and its lobby always saw Black radicals as a threat and demonized them as "anti-Semites" because the Black left understood the colonial and racist nature of Zionism in Palestine. Recall that Kwame Ture was demonized because he understood this too: jta.org/1970/04/10/arc…

Lesson that people on left fail to learn decade after decade: You can't appease the Israel lobby, especially in its "progressive" disguise, any more than you can appease the KKK. There can be no "dialogue" with racists whose ideology depends on destruction, subjugation of others.
