You think the appeal judges will have the guts to throw out the #ChauvinVerdict if they think it needs to be thrown out? Probably only some verdicts; not all 3.

The concept of the 3 charges is that if one fails then he is possibly guilty on another due to different reaons. Yet the Jurors (who likely recently watched TV and scrolled Social Media) went with guilty on all 3 to get over with it. 1 guilty verdict would make (more) sense.

You can be of the opinion that #ChauvinIsGuilty while also thinking that the Jurors decided based on public pressure which would make it Mob Rule; not justice. This would be true even if they found him guilty on one charge; sure so when it’s on all (contradictory) 3.

Here are the 3 #ChauvinTrail charges as described in a CNN article.

A Jury not under pressure of riots and being doxxed would perhaps convict on some charges; not all 3.

For example, it’s either charge 1 or charge 2 & 3. How is it all 3?

The Jury found #Chauvin

1) unintentionally killed #GeorgeFloyd

2) Didn’t care/focus if he killed him.

3) Didn’t mind if the action killed.

I bet you doge coins that not one Juror or MSNBC host could have explained it this simple or else they wouldn’t push guilty on all 3.

Prosecutors’ case was: #Chauvin didn’t mind if he kills Floyd. If he isn’t guilty of this, he is guilty of being too cold to care if Floyd died. If he isn’t guilty of this, he is guilty of unintentionally killing Floyd.

Jury found guilty on all 3.
