3) During 1950s & 1960s, South Korea was impacted by civilian gun violence. During 1970s, guns were strictly regulated. The # of private guns in S. Korea has ⬇️ annually since 2007. By 2016, there were only 5 gun homicides in S. Korea & 15,070 in the U.S.
