Delhi High Court also noted that several people died due to no oxygen supply in a Nashik hospital today.

HC also says that the industry can wait for several days for oxygen supply but here the current situation is very delicate and sensitive.

Seeing the sudden surge in demand for Remdesivir for COVID19, manufacturing capacity of domestic Remdesivir manufacturers has been ramped up from 38 lakh vials per month to 74 lakh vials per month. Twenty additional manufacturing sites also approved: Union Health Ministry

Delhi High Court hears an urgent application regarding the oxygen shortage at Max Hospital

SG Tushar Mehta representing the Centre tells the court that supply of oxygen is on its way and it will reach the hospital shortly. O2 has been delivered at one of the Max hospitals.
Delhi High Court says we have full faith that you (Centre) will deliver oxygen. Patparganj hospital will get supply of oxygen in 2 hours. But many other hospitals also facing a shortage. You can pass an order as it is a national emergency, no industry will say no, Court adds.
For Max Hospital, Vaishali and Gurgaon, there is oxygen capacity of only 8 hours, which won't last till the morning, says senior advocate Sandeep Sethi representing Max Hospital before Delhi High Court
