Works on building the superficial level of confidence

A type of confidence that is fake

A confidence that is built on external references that are situational & don't survive at all

Here is some life-changing shit for you

1) The inner game

When you were young & sort of understanding this thing called life

You got all the inputs from parents & society about what is good & what is bad

In that process of growing up

You suppressed certain beautiful parts of your personality

& They are the reason behind your current

-Self-hate
-Insecurities
-Lack of confidence

You have to reassess that part of yourself

Accept it & made it one with you

2. Fake it till you make it sucks

You can't fake confidence

Either you have it or not

& People can sense it

You can't be a pro at everything

No one can

Your heroes suck at many things too

But what you can do is try to work on your inner world

-Make it calm
-Make it peaceful
-Make it centered

So that

Whenever shit hits the roof

You can tap into it & focus your best to deliver results

Confidence is never built on external things

it is built on what you already have
