USA: National healthcare databases of the US Dept of Veterans Affairs used to systematically & comprehensively identify 6-month incident sequalae including diagnoses, medication use, and laboratory abnormalities in 30-day survivors of COVID-19.

⬇️⬇️

Not good.
It shows that beyond the first 30 days of illness, people with COVID-19 exhibit higher risk of death and health resource utilization.
“The findings show that beyond the acute illness, substantial burden of health loss — spanning pulmonary and several extrapulmonary organ systems — is experienced by COVID-19 survivors”

Additional pressure on healthcare services.

If you want good access, suppress Covid.

The Supreme Court of India has called this a "national emergency"
“This is beyond an emergency. It is a "complete collapse of the goddamn system", said one of India's leading virologists. In hotspots like Delhi and Mumbai, life, itself, is now a privilege” bbc.co.uk/news/world-asi…
India's healthcare system is buckling as a record surge in Covid-19 cases puts pressure on hospital beds and drains oxygen supplies, reporting 332,730 new cases of coronavirus on Friday, setting a world record for a second day running. Deaths were numbered at 2,263 in 24 hours.
“We do not have that many oxygen points
Whatever oxygen points are there, they're full
Patients are coming in with their own oxygen cylinders or without oxygen
We want to help them but there are not enough beds & not enough oxygen points even to supply them oxygen if it is there”

Very interesting from @PickardJE .
Mandarin, Heywood worked at Morgan Stanley for Robey, who not only was a pallbearer at Heywood’s funeral, but has hired George Osborne for his now boutique banking business, Robey Warsaw,- presumably to “open doors” as Cameron was for Greenshill
It was Heywood that promoted the idea of installing Lex Greenshill in NO 10, Greensill having been a former Morgan Stanley colleague.

Heywood also pressed Robey to introduce Greensill to Robey Warsaw clients. Indeed a mate ting took place between Greensill and BAE.
Indeed Robey himself was thought to have been hired by BAE because of his perceived ability to open doors in Whitehall and “manage” the Prime Minister’s office.

Ooops. Cummings.

Johnson

Carrie and “best friend” Henry Newman

Trouble ahead...
I have to say that seeing Cummings- who oversaw the sleaziest and most staggeringly untruthful referendum Vote Leave campaign - now exposing his compatriots in that campaign still in power of unethical conduct and sleaze is really quite something.
I mean...his blog is full of rebuttals and innuendo,

Coat trailing. I filled with “Nothing to do with me, Guv’ “

Why bad times call for good data | Financial Times

Another great read from ⁦@TimHarford⁩ with reference to the remarkably nimble COVID Recovery Trials set up on a shoe string by ⁦@MartinLandray

How can we learn from it all?
ft.com/content/78e429…
In the US, data about Covid-19 testing was collected haphazardly by states. This left the federal government flying blind, unable to see where and how quickly the virus was spreading.
Eventually volunteers, led by the journalists Robinson Meyer and Alexis Madrigal of the Covid Tracking Project, put together a serviceable data dashboard. “We have come to see the government’s initial failure here as the fault on which the entire catastrophe pivots,” Image

Mass cremations in New Delhi as India's capital faces deluge of COVID-19 deaths - ABC News

“Children who were five years old, 15 years old, 25 years old are being cremated. Newlyweds are being cremated. It's difficult to watch”
abc.net.au/news/2021-04-2…
In the first wave the average number of people cremated each day in this crematorium were 8-10, with the maximum being 18.

On Tuesday it was 78, leading to makeshift pyres in the car park.

“The Government is not doing anything...you are on your own”. Image
Aerial photos shows pyres just metres apart. Image

Hanbury: Firm run by former Tory aides handed £700k Treasury contracts without tender.

The company was founded 4 years ago by Tory SpAds, Ameet Gill, Cameron aide who has known Sunak since before he was an MP, and Paul Stephenson, Vote Leave/Gove
thetimes.co.uk/article/b14931…
Hanbury had a contract with AiQ around the time of the 2017 election. AiQ’s MD was later seen outside No10 and at Tory Party HQ.

I have often wondered if the act as a “cut out” company for the Tory Party Image
I’d take the suggestion that they maintain “robust” Chinese walls to prevent conflicts of interest with a large pillar of salt.

They were behind the Tory Party - UK Policy Group contract = offshoot of America Rising / Definers LINKED TO THE Sheryl Sandberg Soros smear.
