VW admitted to fraud under former execs & paid huge fines. Now VW is demanding that former board members pay them back for the losses!

Former CEO who resigned in 2015 over the scandal has recieved a demand to pay over one billion Euro to compensate VW for his misconduct!
4 other former execs are also in the crosshairs for smaller amounts. But VW is expecting insurance companies who provided executive liability insurance to pay up a 1/2 of that billion Euro. Which obviously will be a huge hit to the insurance companies.
Which will motivate the insurance companies to force better conduct by insured execs & companies in the future...
It may also lead the insurance companies to investigate & prove criminal conduct by the execs to invalidate the insurance coverage! They will collect the #receipts!
Several of the execs have been indicted for fraud & now the insurance companies have at least 1/2 a billion reasons to hand over the evidence of their guilt!
In the past, executives have gotten away without taking too big of a hit. But by seeking amounts that max out the insurance policies at VW, Audi & Porshe it will motivate the insurance companies to shift the blame to the executives!
VW is blaming their former CEO for his inaction after the date they can prove he knew of the fraud to rig diesel engine emissions & MPG tests to deceive US regulators!
VW focuses only on the last 8 weeks they can prove he knew about it, hoping they can find the #receipts to show he knew long before he testified he knew about it. The paper does note the insurance companies can get off the hook for the cash if the execs get convicted.

This entire tanker deal between Boeing & the US Air Force was Swampy corruption.

Now the tankers are facing structural flaws.

Are they constructed from the titanium that the Clintons helped Dmitry Firtash sell to Boeing after bribing Indian officials to mine it?
FAA found that Boeing was buying titanium from sources that were falsifying the paperwork to hide where Boeing got it from.
Firtash is a Ukrainian oligarch who is friendly with Putin because he owns assets in both countries.

But he works with Swampy consulting firms like McKinsey & Co. to set ups Swampy deals & he hires the best lawyers to keep him out of a US prison.

Rope-a-dope is a boxing technique in which one contender leans against the ropes of the ring & draws non-injuring offensive punches, letting the opponent tire themself out. This gives the former the opportunity then to execute devastating offensive punches to help them win.
So while Putin & his fake news brag about Russia having Ukraine on the ropes, he is wasting what little is left of Russia's military, economy, & manpower to make ineffective attacks on wheat fields in the middle of nowhere.
While Ukraine's counterpunches are crushing Russia.

SDNY indicts Florida defense attorney & a local police detective for bribing DEA agents for information on behalf of members of drug cartels.

This is a continuation of cases investigated by DOJ IG Michael Horowitz during the Trump Administration.

China is controlling rare earth minerals markets by buying Swamp creatures around the world to get mining rights & then not mine the minerals in places like Greenland & Ukraine.

Zelensky & Trump sprung the trap!
Why? Because the Clinton Admin through the Gore–Chernomyrdin Commission sold those mining rights 30 years ago to oligarchs.
For Ukraine to resell the rights to the US, they must first prove that the sales to Clinton & Putin's oligarchs were corrupt!
So Trump & Zelensky have cut a deal predicated on Kiev helping Trump drain the Swamps in Ukraine, Russia, the UK, US & EU!
