OXYGEN CONDURUM.
Medical oxygen purity is over 99%., the availability of oxygen in atmospheric air is just 21%. The purity & requirement of oxygen is according to personal requirements. For saturation & deep sea diving depends on the depth & time a diving is 1/9
is to be undertaken divers will not be allowed to be under sea water during diving for more than 4 hours to avoid reverse osmosis of saline water getting into blood stream. There is an ISI standards are used for testing the oxygen manufactured & the manufacturing process is 2/9
different for laboratory purposes & commercial use both for industry & medical requirements. Basic Testing standards as per IS is the same. There are additional requirements to be met depending on final use as per ISO.
1.Oxygen for medical use produced by the same fractional 3/9
distillation of air. 2. The oxygen for medical purposes need to be pressure controlled & minor modifications are to be done, but this is done mostly in hospital. 3. Production capacity of oxygen, India is self sufficient, but what is lacking is distribution network across 4/9
the country in a short span of time. 4. Bulk of oxygen plants are located in Orissa. 5. Any mettalurgical & smelting industry produces oxygen in huge quantities for captive consumption for furnace smelting apart from selling to other dealers.5/9
6.Current requirements of oxygen has jumped to 5000 MTPD for hospitals as against 700 during normal times which shot up to 2000 MTPD during first wave, a jump of 2.5 times from previous wave. 7. There are over 500 small & medium manufacturers of oxygen in India, but 6/9
scattered. 8. Even last year India exported 4500 MT & current year about 8500 MT. NOTE: Export is not TPD. 9. On an average the combined oxygen production capacity in India is about 10000 MTPD. 10. For a 50 M^3/day plant, space requirement is 14x15 m for a proper plant 7/9
layout including turning radius of trucks. It can be constructed in about 4 weeks time assuming land is ready, & would cost about Rs 7 crores. It would be able to supply peak demand for 60 patients in a hospital. Oxygen can be produced enough but , current problem is 8/9
cryogenic liquid oxygen tank and bulk cylinders for small hospitals. It has to be produced with the tanks and cylinders immediately at the hospital level. 9/9

Marrying at young age concept:
The marriage Samaskara has manifold purpose. One of the important purpose is to ensure purity in mind for women by creating an attachment in her & to her husband. With such attachment they will find redemption. Like 1/5
how brahmachari by surrendering himself to Guru ,attains purity of mind, women also surrenders herself to her husband. The reason for our Karma & birth are due to the activities of the mind. To satisfy the desires of the mind one indulges in various activities which results 2/5
in earnings since thus births and rebirths. If mind is still ,then there is no Karma and therefore no rebirth and one attain moksha. But it is very difficult to make the mind still .Even though one is not able to make the mind in still state but if the mind is dedicated to 3/5

Marriage is Upanayana for women:
According to Shastras the bride should treat her husband as both Guru & Eshwara & surrender her heart to him. She will be able to adapt to such an attitude then.Wholehearted surrender and samarpanam is the bay 1/4
to liberate oneself .The concept of surrender as proclaimed in the charama sloga of Gita, if done to Ishwara, Guru or husband is enough. Iswaran will give his Grace through the one to whom the surrender was made .According to the system devised by the sages, a boy is made to 2/4
surrender to his Guru at the time of his upanayana ceremony, while a girl does the same to her husband at the time of her marriage. It is not that the girl is considered inferior and asked to surrender to a man (that is her husband). The boy too is asked to surrender to a 3/4

40 Samskaras:
Paradise is the place where happiness is always experienced by senses & mind .All the time happiness is present there .But a difference exists between the joy experienced in paradise & the bliss experienced by the person who 1/5
realises himself. It is true that there is eternal happiness in paradise but not for the person who go over there because that person will not remain there permanently .If he earned a good deal of puniya, as a result of which till he gets a good jenma in the earth, he will 2/5
be able to remain in paradise. When he has enjoyed the fruits of his meritorious actions in paradise, Eswaran will make him to reborn in the earth. It is true that in Puranas it has been stated that there are people who earned a great deal of punyas became there was to 3/5

40 Samskaras:
Worldly life is mixture of both joy and sorrow. Some experience more joy. Some experience more sorrow. There are few rare individuals who can control the mind and keep smiling even in the midst of sorrow. There are many of us 1/4
who despite having many things to feel happy but keep cribbing without any satisfaction. If there is a complaint then it is sorrow only. All human being wants to be happy only .There are only two places where happiness is prevalent all the time. One is heaven and the other 2/ 4
one is athmajnana ( state of awareness of the self ).The athma is bliss. It is the Brahmam is what Upanishad States. If this is known then it is everlasting Joy .But this happiness is not the one which can be experienced by mind or the senses. It is the most exalted state 3/4
Extracts from Challenges to Internal Security of India:
5-11 Sources of funding & linkages with organized crime:
The main source of funding of the left wing extremist movements is extortion from government projects as well as from corporate companies working in their area of
influence. Most of the time it is in the form of protection money. Sometimes they resort to kidnapping &killings to terrorize the rich people so that they get financial help easily. Left wing extremism is most intense in areas rich in natural mineral resources, such as coal, iron
bauxite, manganese nickel & copper OR the refining factories close to both bordering states as well as states closer to international borders of the country ruled by radical leftists. It is interesting to note that Odisha & Jharkhand account for more than half of country's coal
