🚨 FRANCE. The "Rafales' Papers" (2001-2018) are a scandal but they will tell you that a State scandal can't be, and this affair will be stifled in the name of the "Reasons of State" by the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF in French) - thread -

(1) The arms market ? A closed circuit market in that world because both parts, sellers & buyers are on the same side, like two wings of the same bird.

(4) whose headquarters are in the District of Columbia, is the heart of that slave system. Arms sales are the primary market of Western countries and others are joining them. Every country is proud to tell others all the arms it has....

(9) Médiapart has lifted the veil on the aircraft scandal (Rafales' Papers), an affair that will have matured from 2001 to 2018 involving F. Hollande and E. Macron. A story with bounces... 2016 was the year of the final signature of this contract with 36 aircraft manufactured

(10) in France and a contract worth 7.8 billion euros : the largest arms deal ever won by France. This sale, phished by largesse as usual, was rigged. The intermediary of Dassault, his Indian intermediary in the affair, Sushen Gupta had stolen the strategic method of purchase

(11) of India... He was thus able to know the amount that the Indians were ready to pay, i.e. 5 billion, which was not what France wanted since it bet on 10 billion... and it was before the negotiations in face to face.

(12) And millions of euros were paid to S. Gupta during the negotiations time via tax havens, inflating computer invoices ... using the whole panoply of laundering. During the negotiations, they used a basic commercial technique by inflating the starting price,

(13) then they lowered the price, pretending to be very generous with India...and India, the buyer thought it had made a very good bargain.... That was the technique of car dealers, furniture dealers and carpet dealers. Obviously, the balance was on the French side.

(14) But that's not all! France, with Dassault and MBDA (missile Company) succeeded in erasing the anti-corruption clauses of the Indian contract ... and the gifts from both sides began to flow. As required by the Indian contract, 50% of the contract must go to Indian companies

(15) but the Indian Prime Minister imposed RELIANCE as the Indian Company except that it was not selected at random, that company is dear to him... F. Hollande also received presents for his lover Julie in the funding of her film.....

(16) There were also the erasing of 143 million euros taxes of an Indian company : E. Macron did it . It was easy for him since he was the the Minister of Economy at the time : he phoned the Public Revenue Department...

(17) That is the story about the Rafales ... There is so much corruption from both parts : F. Hollande, E. Maron, Prime Minister of India, Sushen Gupta, Dassault, MBDA, Reliance..... And that case leaked.

(18) And no one from the French Government wanted to comment...The Public Prosecutor said that case was cloed for "Reasons of state"!
