This made me actually angry. Why? Why? Why would you say "soon"? What is possibly going to change between now and whenever the fuck you put out an actual document? You literally just said all the reasons why it's ok now without explicitly saying that it's ok now. UGHHHHHHHHH
The literal second that you conclude that something is safe for people to do is the second you tell them that they can do it. Entire aspects of people's lives are on pause until you say so. Your sense of urgency about covid should go both ways.
They had zero compunction hitting the breaks on J&J the second some tiny study came out, but they're ok taking their time lifting that foot on outdoor masking even though they know they can. How do they not see that this feeds the already broken national attitude about covid?

Here's a mind blowing fact for you: European-style sword fighting is a lost art. We only deduce how they did it but there was no continuity in teaching it, so this is all speculative. This is in contrast to Japanese-style fighting, which has been taught continually for centuries.
We are almost certainly correct about it. I'm just saying we haven't had ongoing instruction in swordfighting the way Japan has. You can't trace back anyone's sword fighting knowledge today back to the middle ages.
If your gut reaction to Texas and Florida doing well on covid is to propose some underhanded method with which those numbers were reached then you are a non-scientific partisan conspiracy theorist who literally hopes more people are dead so you can win an argument.
"Maybe they're lying" is not a reason. It's partisan wishcasting. There is absolutely zero information to suggest this aside from your ghoulish desire to dunk on DeSantis.
Hear me out: What if the Black Widow movie reveals that the Natasha that died in Endgame was a Skrull who replaced the real Nat sometime after Civil War when she was on the run, and then the character can return to the MCU? Wandavision had a Skrull tease. Secret Wars is coming...
Red Skull called Gamora "Daughter of Thanos" even though she is decidedly not his daughter in any real sense. I feel like the whole Soul Stone thing isn't as All Seeing and All Knowing as it seems.
You can hand wave that in several ways. Maybe this Skrull had second thoughts in light of everything that's happened and thought its sacrifice was better than Hawkeye's.
One underdiscussed engine of Twitter toxicity is the morbid fear people have of admitting they were wrong about something, and it's not entirely their fault. Twitter provides very little space for people to change their minds and offers very little encouragement to do so.
No, you're right, which is why I don't accept that dodge unless the person took an L publicly before changing their position. I always discuss changing my opinion on something openly rather than quietly reverse my stance.
Two bullies decide to go beat up their favorite nerd. Bully A says "what will be our excuse this time?" Bully B says "if he answers the door wearing a hat, we'll beat him up for wearing a hat, and if he isn't wearing one, we'll beat him up for not wearing one." 1/4
So they go to the nerd's house and knock on the door. He opens it up and isn't wearing a hat. So they yell at him for not wearing a hat and beat him up. A couple of days later they get bored and decide to go beat him up again. A asks "so what'll our excuse be this time?" 2/4
B says "let's ask him for a drink. If he brings it with ice we'll beat him up for putting ice in it and if there's no ice we'll beat him up for serving us a warm drink." They go to the nerd's house and ask for a drink. The nerd says "would you like ice in it?" 3/4
