When I was 21, I was ‘diagnosed’ with sciatica and prescribed 5-6 pain management + nerve numbing pills for LIFE
Thank god I listened to my intuition and walked away
That was my tipping point, the catalyst that drove me to figure out how to self heal and restore my body + posture to baseline
It was also when I finally started understanding my body’s language and how she communicates with me via pain
Our bodies are always in communication with us
That’s why we have so many ways to sense the world: touch, taste, sight, smell, hearing, and even intuition/energy are ways we survey and assess our internal + external environments
Once you remove outside influence and unlearn past programming, you have all the insight and information you need to maintain homeostasis within your body + mind + soul to live out your greatest Truth/dharma
