Researchers have been working toward this type of #mRNA technology for ages.
Every surprising study, every failed experiment, every paper published—in the world of science, these are all small steps of progress.

[2/7] In addition to tracking complaints, the College of Reviewers monitors reviewers’ participation and performance through the review quality assurance process: cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/51644.html
[3/7] The process is designed to encourage and support high-quality reviews, recognize outstanding reviewers and identify reviewers who need support to improve the quality of their reviews.
[1/8] The majority of reviews are thoughtful and constructive, but peer review is an inherently human process and that means that, sometimes, questions of review quality can arise.
What follows is a thread on CIHR’s peer review grievance process. 🧵⤵️
[2/8] First off, yes, CIHR does have a peer review grievance process. You can learn more about it here in Part 7 of the CIHR Application Administration Guide. Please note we are revising this process to make the link to review quality more explicit: cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/50805.html
[3/8] If you have questions or concerns about your peer review results, including perceived bias or discrimination, please reach out to CIHR at support-soutien@cihr-irsc.gc.ca.
