So does everything else that's alive and growing on this planet.
A child should have at least 6 hours of sunlight a day. Same with growing young adults. Us old folks that literally bathed in the Yellow sun as kids don't need as much but we have to have it just like the rest

I made an tea months back in anticipation of this "dark" spring called Sunshine tea and I am about to get to it because I am feeling the lack of power and energy like never before in my life.
