1. Targeted resume:

This is something you already know. When you update your resume based on researching a particular role or company then you've created a targeted resumé.

Targeted resumes use key phrases and words to align your resume with an advertised role.
For a targeted resumé:

-research the role advertised
-watch out for phrases and keywords
-identify words and phrases that align with you
-update your current resumé to align with role and org

Targeted resumés are time-consuming but help in bypassing Applicant Tracking Systems.

A breakdown of Certifications in Canada categorized into:

- Designation
- Brief description &
- Website of certifying body.

Professions are in:

- Accounting/Finance
- Architecture/Design
- Aviation
- Bank/Insurance
- Engineering
- Education
- Health
- HR
- Community / NGO
It is important to note that some jobs require certifications to practice while some are not legally required. However, having a certification 'might' increase chances.

Look through the website and contact if you have questions. Especially if it can be issued outside Canada.
