They’d have to sue YouTube and Twitch which are protected by Section 230 to get the names of their users. Repeal 230, and then prove intent of everyone who even viewed the streams. Yeah that’s not happening.
Did Triller pay Reuters to use its platform to extort children?
It’s amazing that Reuters allowed Triller’s lawyers to blatantly lie about technology without any sort of pushback at all as to their claims of their capabilities or how their threats (if brought to court) would impact freedom on the internet.
