yt people think anything Colonized peoples do for ourselves is racist, colonial, etc because everything they have created over the past 600+ years has reflected those values. They can’t understand our love for the land and humanity because they’re so disconnected from it.
Colonizers truly believe once we get power back over our land we’re going to do what they’ve done to us over the past 600+ years because all they can really do is project their violent, racist and colonial ways upon us.
They can’t fathom that we love the land and our people so much that we’d fight to liberate the land from colonialism, take power back over our land, and not genocide and kill them like they’ve done us for the past 600+ years.
All yt people know is the continued sustenance of life they maintain through theft, land dispossession, and genocide of Colonized peoples and they truly can’t imagine a world where Colonized peoples get free and don’t become like them.
And in this, they can’t fathom that we understand such colonial violence is the reason for so much destruction of the planet and that we’d never enact such violence against another group of people to sustain ourselves because that’s exactly what we’re liberating ourselves from.
Such violent colonialist practices, from dropping atomic bombs on a country to nuclear testing in the Pacific, has destroyed our Earth, her ecosystems, her biodiversity, and her land. Such colonialist practices need to be ended and destroyed for our Earth to survive.
However, colonialism is a disease and it has infected no subject worse than its host, the colonizer: a decivilized violent being disconnected from humanity to kill, dispossess, rape and pillage the colonized to maintain the colonial-capitalist structure.
