This morning, I was locked out of my Google account

I chatted with Google support to see if they could help me. This is a genuine live chat with Google support:
tldr: Google support person couldn't help me, then I solved it myself, and explained my solution to them so they could fix the issue on their own PC
so if any of you need any google help

I am now support to google support I guess
Do you know how many people have DMed me since this tweet, asking me to fix their Google accounts

The answer is “far too many”

I wish that popular video game websites, with active comments sections, would spend more time educating their gamer audience, and jumping in when they inevitably spout stupid opinions

I know we should be "ignoring the comments", but the problem is we just let this stuff fester
"Ignoring the comments" is exactly why so many gamers now have such ill informed opinions about games, and how games are made.

They know very little, but they continuously spout garbage, and teach other, younger gamers tons of bad "facts". And no-one does anything about it
I know challenging your (anonymous) audience can feel like wading into thick treacle that is also on fire

but the thing is, if you show your audience that they can't just spout garbage in the chat without backing it up, they'll eventually learn not to do it so much!

It's time for: 🧪The eShop experiments!🧪

Over the last 9 months, we've put multiple games out on the Nintendo eShop. I'd heard beforehand that the eShop can be tricky, so I was excited to see what worked, and what didn't.

First off, before I really get into it:

1. I won't be giving any specific sales figures, as I don't want to upset anyone, but I'll try to be as useful as possible

2. This isn't really going to be a "eShop is good/bad" thread. You can make your own mind up from my findings
The main reason I wanna do this thread is because quite frankly, I don't think there's enough information out there about the eShop, and how you should be looking to make your game sell

So hopefully this thread can help some devs who are looking to put their games on there soon!

What exactly is even available on PS5 at launch? Didn’t every game just say “Holiday” or 2021?
That was a super impressive array of games, but it didn’t seem that there’s actually anything next-gen available on launch day at all??
Was that PlayStation Plus “play a bunch of PS4 games for free” thing because there’s not actually any PS5 games to play on launch day?

Wake up this morning to find a man in my garden, cutting one of our trees down without consent, and then letting the heavy branches fall down and wreck our fence and property

On hold with @gmpolice for nearly an *hour* but they finally tell us they aren’t going to help

The guy has come and knocked on our door the day before asking for consent to do it, and I’d say well, come to me with a plan first

So he just took it upon himself to let himself onto our property and do it while we slept

And the police will do *nothing about it*
Not only that, but the tree is a protected tree (oak) so he’s not even allowed to have cut it down in the first place

And I’m just powerless. There’s nothing I can do about it, and Manchester Police won’t do anything. Now there’s just a tree cut down in my garden

Does anyone have a recommendation for which Android device to get, if I wanna do some xClouding?
I should clarify:

I already have a phone (iOS), so really, I'm looking for... a small tablet? I don't wanna sit with a massive Android tablet trying to play handheld games, but I also don't need an expensive Android phone

Not really sure what the inbetween on Android is
Seems very difficult to find a good Android device for xCloud, that isn't a phone
