Star Wars is a deconstruction of better space romance. Its deconstruction merely reflects the Overton window of the time the film in the series came out. Looking back fondly on 1 of the films reflects what era of modernity you pine for a return to.

Toy Story was the first blockbuster produced entirely with CGI. A terrific family film which also subtlety tells us that astronauts and the space race were fake. 1/
One major plot point of the film is how young boys had lost interest in cowboys as toys of same were being replaced by toys of astronauts. This reflects USA having conquered the western frontier & set their sights on the “final frontier”. Both drives psyopped into USA citizens 2/
Buzz Lightyear is named after Buzz Aldrin. Comedy is made of the fact that Buzz believes he’s a real space ranger. This echoes how Aldrin etc were MKed into believing they went to the moon. It’s a trick & the cowboy can see through it. Because it’s absurd and stupid. 3/

The prolife movement is controlled opposition and always has been. Like the conservative movement. It exists to funnel the legitimate righteous anger we have from babies being sacrificed to moloch and funneling into modernist behaviors and theologies. 1/
When prolifers started worrying about the feels and sads of w*men who murder3d their children, we already lost. Our righteous anger was funneled into first wave feminism, thus allowing the poison of feminism confound our Christian stance. 2/
Priests and (obv) Protestant pastors etc got in on the action. Have you ever heard a sermon that called a w*man who had an abortion anything but a victim? Ofc not. Proving FEMINISM is their actual religion. 3/

Twin Peaks (s1+2)is the best television drama of the 90s. It satirized soap operas while using this distinctly usa genre (+film noir) 2reveal true dark underbelly of American life: secret societies, occult/magic, ritual murder, mkultra/possession, 🍕gate. It's all there. 1/
Spoilers*** but no plot synopsis lies ahead. I will not analyze Season 3 in this thread. 2/
TP is an initiation more than a show. The main story is that Laura Palmer is ritually murdered by her father, Leland. He was possessed by a demon, BOB, because he was molested as a child by a man possessed by BOB. 3/

“Joker” is the best film of 2019. Like all appearances of the titular character in media; it has sociopolitical and metaphysical importance to the USA. The former has been analyzed by many.
I intend to focus on the latter. 1/
I contend that the Joker is used by Holy Wood as a form and focus for spell casting. In past threads I contemplated these effects as predictive but I believe in some ways they may been partially caused. 2/
Phoenix’s Joker is The Fool in tarot. The general conception of this is a young man prepared to go off on adventure, his first step plunging him directly into danger. 3/
