2-FAA "informed consent" document
3-Claims waiver

–18 years or older
–between 5’0” 110 lbs. and 6’4” 223 lbs
–"Dress themselves" in a flight suit
–climb the 7 flights of stairs of the launch tower in under 90 seconds
