By keeping the Clarke Advice and CK Sift Review secret/privileged, the Post Office stopped other people from finding out they may have unsafe prosecutions and therefore possibly perverted the course of justice.

This is theoretical supposition from someone with no legal training. Could someone with authority weigh in and see if anything I am saying makes sense?
Also, could the Post Office Head of Security ordering the shredding of documents relating to potential issues with Horizon have a bearing on this?
