I am on my way to court 71 of the Royal Courts of Justice to hopefully pick up the Depp v NGN ruling on Mr Depp’s application to appeal the High Court libel judgment against him. Then it will be a question of legging it to court 4 for the resumption of the CoA Subpostmasters...

@ccrcupdate This means their fate will be decided by the submissions their counsel make to support their cases and the strength of the Post Office counter-arguments in court today (plus of course the reams of paperwork submitted by both sides).
Judgment on ALL the Subpostmaster cases is being reserved for a later, which means (unless there is an intervention today or tomorrow), there will be no “result” on the Subpostmasters’ convictions this week.
