Regarding the ARF, Kocharyan said that it has fought and is fighting for the preservation of the identity of Armenians around the world.

Speaking about the reasons of including "Reviving Armenia" in the bloc, Kocharyan stressed that Syunik today is the epicenter of the existing threats for Armenia.

According to him, it depends on Syunik whether Armenia remains as a factor in the region or becomes an "appendage."

Kocharyan now addressing the crowd: I never thought that I would come back. However, the dangers that our nation is facing forced me.

Kocharyan: our goal is to establish worthy peace, the current government cannot do it after their blunders.

Kocharyan: the future of Artsakh is gloomy. Azerbaijan can get rid of the Russian peacekeepers after 4 and a half years. The current government has not plans on what to do next. You can't negotiate with the enemy when you're on your knees.

Kocharyan: if the loss does not have its consequences on the current ruling government, we will turn into a nation of losers.

Kocharyan: the countdown has started. They have 42 days left to leave. Tomorrow it will be 41.
