Azerbaijanis using Armenian gravestones as construction material as they build a 40-meter wide road from occupied Hadrut to Karintak, Shushi.
This was stated by Artsakh MFA David Babayan.

Yea, the photo is a stock photo and not one from the scene of the story. Since "ordinary" Azeris are worried about the photo more than they are worried about their government's crimes I thought I'll clarify to get that behind us.
