Besides black marketing Oxygen concentrators Dugal is a known racketeer who made crores fixing

small time deals in the Army for petty army civil contractors who needed blessings of General Singh during his tenure as Chief of Army Staff.

So Gen Singh is also pulling all his political and bureaucratic connections

to save his black sheep son in law Gagan Dugal.

These racketeers who have played with human lives by black marketing life saving equipment and duped hundreds of needy patients and their

families should be arrested and an example should be made of them to serve as a deterrent to other hoarders and backmarketers at this time of crisis!
