If Audrey Truschke's tweets bother you, try reading her books. You'll cry.
Too much time is spent in countering her bile on Twitter, and none at all in checking what she's leaving for future generations to ingest...+
Which is why I'm breaking down every false argument in her book on Aurangzeb. Excerpts from my upcoming book are getting published here for preview. Subscribe to get updates.
This is from the chapter on destruction of Hindu temples:
People DM'd me asking how they can support my work. You can contribute to the fundraiser here. It's a mammoth task typically taken up by ppl in academia as part of their job, which I'm doing entirely on my own w/o institutional backing.
I also wanted to specifically point out: I'm not trying to write just one more book on history. I don't have time to reinvent the wheel. There a few good authors who have done that work. So if you want a primer to learn real history, read those books...+
This is one by Stephen Knapp. It gives a lucid summary. He's an overlooked author.
My work is to drill down every false claim of AT & find the truth & bring it to light for the future generations. Unless someone gives a logical reasoning to write the truth, her lies will become the accepted norm in a few yrs.

The atma of Kashi is getting destroyed. Ancient Akshay Vat Tree of Treta Yuga DEMOLISHED by govt & bureaucrats in Kashi in the middle of a raging pandemic.
I hate to say this, but I think the days to cherish Hindu heritage in India are numbered.
It is ridiculous, dumb and irresponsible to suggest that the tree - AKSHAY tree - was felled due to "carelessness." Any whitewashing of the crime is a crime itself. All images and video footage show deliberate attempt to demolish the tree to "beautify" Kashi. What an irony.
I honestly don't care who is offended by this, but anyone who is trying to whitewash this crime of the UP govt should stop claiming to be a Hindu "activist," whatever that means. Pls stop trying to pass on political trolling for Dharma. Enough is enough.
Ayurveda, which has survived for thousands of years, is being labelled as "misinformation" by Facebook which has been in existence for a little more than a decade.
This is why I can't have "scientific" discussions with people freely anymore.
Great question. 1) There is research existing. Maybe you have not read it. 2) I am already working on it. 3) There is an academic BIAS against indigenous healing methods. 4) Scientists have colluded & REFUSED to do research on it....+
For point 4, check this, published in nothing less than the "Science magazine" last yr, also referenced in my book #Cownomics in the chapter on health & ayurveda:
There's a parallel lobby which does NOT want anyone to save injured cows, bulls & calves. They want to see cows suffer. How disgusting can someone be? This is the type of hate that reduces you from human to Rakshas.
If reports of injury & crimes are "violence" then Twitter should immediately suspend the accounts of all journalists. Atleast we'll have some peace that way.
My point is that a lobby WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to report the account & get it suspended to STOP his work.
Bangladesh has always recognised Genocide Day. It's NOT something new. But they have NOT recognised it as a Hindu Genocide. Her letter does NOT state that.
It's appalling that the Hindus world over cannot understand the difference between the two. Until Bangladeshi PM gets those words out on paper--recognizing the selective targeting of Hindus in 1971--there's NO reason to celebrate or congratulate anyone.
The Hindu Genocides world over are getting lost & subsumed into NATIONALIST identities, which is the worst thing to befall Hindus. It was NOT just a Bengali genocide. Hindu Marvadis of Bangladesh were murdered & raped as well.
I have decided to tear down Audrey Truschke's work. Enough is enough. Expect a book shredding her book in the next 2 years.
The book that glorifies Aurangzeb.
Only someone who has read the original history of Islamic invaders will know exactly how repulsive it is. It takes a different level of spiritual work to stay sane after reading it.
But it's like they say: it's a thankless job but someone's gotta do it.
