A thread about how our work at Reach is deepening and broadening. We have developed our Cradle to Career model in Feltham and are seeking to scale that model beyond Feltham. We have a new website at reach-c2c.org

Around @reachfeltham, we have developed our Cradle to Career model. This includes the @reachchildrenshub – our integrated pipeline of provision and support for children and families that complements the work of the school. Find out more at reachchildrenshub.com

We are particularly proud of the Hub’s work to support babies and families. Inspired by our partnership with @savechildrenuk, we have developed a perinatal pipeline led by @rebecca_Leuw #1001days

Beyond #EY, our work in the Hub encompasses family support, youth provision, careers support and training for the whole community. We have some great partnerships with @RoyalHolloway, @KingstonUni, @Cisco, PTI, @CareerReadyUK, @quinsfoundation and and many other organisations.

We are proud to be a founding sponsor of Citizens Hounslow and have learnt a lot about listening, leadership development and campaigning from @CitizensUK and the brilliant @mckdnl.

Inspired by @StriveTogether, we have also developed a collective impact initiative in Feltham - conveningproject.com a cross sector partnership aiming to improve outcomes for young people. This is an important element of our C2C model – pursuing solutions to complex problems.

We are now seeking to scale beyond Feltham – we are delighted to be working with @TedWraggTrust, @educationswuk & @wiseowltrust to develop their own Cradle to Career models in Devon and Manchester. More information about these partnerships - bit.ly/3bfEzX6

We are working with two brilliant groups seeking to open Reach schools in the North East and South Yorkshire in the next #freeschool round. @theNSN

We are also developing a range of training and networks – working with four Trusts in the SW to develop SW100 – a new programme to identify and train the next 100 Headteachers for the South West. bit.ly/3f6oTGW
