First, I would like to thank the cast of the @slaptheaskshow - @LukeKnouse and @man_growth. They all should be followed (hint on the trader spotlight tomorrow by the way). I appreciate their asking about my nightly top 10. Well here are my top 10 most undervalued #stocks tonight
1) $DROP - Custodianship last summer, reinstatement 3/17, same owner took two months for another reinstated company to go "company updated profile". And the best part - 80MM A/S & no dirty D. Some R/M process plays have a market cap so high that DROP would be $3-5 without an R/S.
2) $TGRR Tons of action at bid when not much is needed to move the ask up. We saw how it went from 0018 to 0049 in 2 hours after reinstatement. Every time an 8k got released, it resulted in a multi bagger. Speaking of 8k, one stated that Intersection Capital will take it over!
3) $FTXP If you called it a good sell opportunity at 015, you'd have been ostracized. If you call it a good buy opportunity at an 85 percent discount, especially when we know they have the goods and are partnering, you'll get ostracized! Do the opposite of what everyone else does
4) $WNBD Not too long ago, there was a takedown, but unlike a certain CEO, the CEO is transparent! It's available at a 70 percent discount, and their products are available at Walmart! Yes, they diluted recently, but the overall SS shows not much downside here.
5) $NBRI Remember February when even the biggest grey market scams were out of the trip 0s? Remember THIS WEEKEND when some very reliable OTC players were desperate for some trip 0s? Well, lo and behold we have a pink current suspension proof trip 0. Garage sale prices!
6) $VNUE Yesterday I posted 50 reasons to buy VNUE. We have a 51st reason, not much awareness except with a core group of investors who have a major passion for it. They know what the CEO has done and what the CEO is capable of. You should, too.
7) $STWC Name a stock with a float under 1B under a penny! Ding ding ding! And it's a #marijuanastocks play under 003. I picked up 500k shares today. It only took a couple of days to hit 015 from these levels. And shares are tightly held. Only lack of volume is hindering it atm.
8) $VMNT Float guaranteed to be under 29M. Many speculate it's 25-28M. CEO has grown it organically over the past year and a half. One of the consolidation periods was a few months and then BOOM 7 BAGGER! Hint hint hint. Patience will pay off in this blockchain/fintech play.
9) $VGID Baby green, but some impatient traders and askholes prevented the day from being great. So for those who chased and want cheap shares, count your blessings with another chance. Pink current VERY SOON.
10) $FTRK (formerly $SENY) - More senseless impatience (probably to chase something up hundreds of percent) when the merger is nowhere near complete. Remember, this is a Moody/Denunzio play. You know what happened to the rest of them like $KAVL? Also, float under 100M. Duh!

1) #Soundstr product is revolutionizing live music, making sure artists get their fair cut 2) $VNUE radio plays a wide variety of rock music and will generate a lot of ad revenue. What OTC stock has its own radio station. 3) Furthermore, VNUE radio and NEWHD radio is helping
employ people with disabilities. 4) Set fm another disruptive product 5) Live music is coming back due to the vaccine 6) Matchbox 20 tour in 2022 7) Artists like @CarissaBiele are signing with $VNUE 8) CEO is focusing on VNUE instead of owning 15 different penny companies
You hear the term a lot - reverse merger, but do you actually know what they are and how they play out. A reverse merger is when a public company takes over a private company so the private company doesn't have to take
steps to go public. Many penny stocks make excellent reverse merger candidates because it doesn't cost much to purchase the shares of the stock. @WildRhino posted an excellent pinned tweet on the steps of #OTC#Stocks. I will go through each step in some detail:
1) CUSTODIAN APPOINTMENT - This is when someone is appointed to get the stock prepared for a merger and to do the intermediate steps. Clark County, NV has cases where custodianship is granted.
2) CUSTODIANSHIP GRANTED - This is when the court (like Clark County for NV corps)
Most traders are familiar with OTCMarkets.com. The website gives details on a stock like share structure and filings. There will be a flag like a stop sign or a yield sign indicating its filing status.
1) CAVEAT EMPTOR (AKA THE SKULL AND CROSSBONES) - This means something suspicious is going on or has gone on with the stock. Triggers can be a questionable promotion, past scams, a suspension in the past, or fishy ownership. Unless filings hit (and even then wait), stay away!
2) STOP SIGN - Filings have not been filed on time so the company needs to catch up. Many of these aren't good securities, but if there was a recent reinstatement (company updated profile checkmark) or filings are starting to pour in, a stop sign that has been asleep for years is
Yesterday, I discussed using retrospectives to help you do more of what you did right and less of what you did wrong (use hashtag #NavigateTheOTCJanuary to find 1/24 post). Today I'll discuss looking ahead for #OTC#stocks
1) HAVE AN EXIT STRATEGY FOR WHAT YOU OWN - If you have a large position, gradually exit the stock. Have plans to sell small pieces of the stock into heavy volume spurts. You'll gradually build a cash position that you can use to let trades come to you.
2) RESEARCH STOCKS THAT YOU DON'T OWN - New hot stocks arrive every day, and some hot stocks retrace and still have plenty of catalysts to break old highs. If you watch the catalyst and price action on stocks you are watching, you can better gauge where to take a starter and
1/24/21 EDITION - BETTERING YOURSELF BY SELF-RETROSPECTIVES
In industry, many teams use "retrospective meetings" to understand what went well and what can be done better. Smart OTC traders use that philosophy to make better
entries and exits in the future. I do that when I trade, and you should, too.
Part 1 - Analyzing what didn't go well
We've all had bad trades and they'll occasionally happen. It's how you handle them and how you learn from them. @NickPeist recently put out a video about how he
learned from his mistakes in the past, and I look back to not repeat them. Looking back, my worst losses happened due to chasing momentum, believing price targets, and being afraid to take a small loss. Also, "cult plays" have been failures for me. So when I'm about to buy a
