No one will know what you are going through until you call for help. Call for help is not weakness but strengthen. #UpgradeMastery
Sam, do you feel shy or ashame to call for help? Are you still thinking what will people say, how will they see me, will they even believe me when I call, etc these and more will always hinder you to call for help.
Believe it or not, everyone at one point in their lives will have to call for help. So think it not strange when you have to be that one who calls for help, it is only a phase in life and it will also pass.
There is nothing wrong to call for help, whether the help comes or not, at least you made the effort to call. Sometimes, the help comes only because you called, because everyone believes if you truly need help you will definitely call for it.
In the ancient text, we are reminded of Barthemaus, who was blind and was on the road side begging. His story was pathetic soon enough his situation became a prefix to his name. He was now being called by his problem Blind Barthemaus.
Have you ever been in a situation where your problem begins to define your life? Barthemaus was there and he knew that his only hope will be to call for help and not to just begging.
So on a faithful day, he heard the Rabbi was passing by, he knew "this is it" his life was about to change forever. You know faith comes by hearing, so Barthemaus had heard what the Rabbi was doing and he knew this was his only shot at regaining his sight again.
Sam, you see like Blind Barthemaus, you must defy the odds and call for help. When the Rabbi was passing, Blind Barthemaus knew if he does not call for help, this will be his golden opportunity gone for good.
The Rabbi was passing and Blind Barthemaus kept shouting calling for help. Then the Rabbi stopped and told him to come. Wait a minute, Barthemaus is blind, how do you expect a blind man to come?
Truth is, we walk by faith and not by sight. So Blind Barthemaus the moment he heard the Rabbi bid him to come, he removed his beggerly robes and ran to meet the Rabbi.
The Rabbi asked him, what do you want? Now is it not obvious that a blind man will want sight, why ask? Never assume you know the help people need, always ask them.
Three simple things happens when you call for help
1) it takes you away from your comfort zone
2) it gets the attention of the helper
3) it gives you clarity of the help you truly need
You do yourself a disservice assuming people should know you need help, when you fail to call for help. People don't know until you call for help. #DeepThinking
There is no shame to call for help, only you know where you need help the most. #R4HL
People may try to hush you, call out for help even louder. Your voice to call for help, must drown out the noise of those trying to keep you quiet. @wisdomcounselin
The best call for help is to say to the Lord "Help me". - Osagie Alex
On the Upgrade side of life, we encourage our Upgrade Mastery Practitioners to always call for help as regarding their personal brands and businesses.
Blind Barthemaus left the Rabbi with his sight just because he defied the odds to call for help. Today, will you call for help?

Sometimes until you really get tired nothing changes. Most people don't get really tired, they just adjust to find comfort with discomfort. #UpgradeMastery
Sam, are you really tired? This seem like a no brainer question but it is really important. You think you are tired but it will amaze you how you can find a way to become comfortable with your own discomfort.
When you begin to make adjustments to what you don't want, then I like to ask are you really tired? When you get tired of being sick and tired, some things begin to change for good.
1) Sam, do you tell yourself the truth? Because if ever you get to living your truth, it begins with telling yourself the truth. #DevelopYou
2) So many people, haven't come to this realisation hence they continue to live a lie. They are "keeping up with Instagram", a far cry from their reality. #DevelopYou
3) The phrase "show up for the gram" seems to be the other of the day. True if you have got it, please by all means flaunt it. #DevelopYou
Forgiveness is never earned, it is received. Receive forgiveness and move on with your life. #UpgradeMastery
Sam, sometimes we punish ourselves unnecessarily with the hope it will help us earn forgiveness. Sadly, we were raised to earn things, so we also have this mentality that we must earn forgiveness.
It will amaze you to realise that forgiveness is never earned but it is only received. To earn something means you worked hard to deserve it, but interestingly and respectfully so, forgiveness is not one of such things you earn.
1) Sam, don't take for granted little mistake. To you it may be little, to another it may be very grevious. #Strength4Weakend
2) You just never know which little mistake that can turn the tide against you. You just never know. #Strength4Weakend
3) While you try to always do right, sometimes you end up making a little mistake. #Strength4Weakend
4) Sometimes the little mistake can just help jolt you back into reality. The things you never took important becomes crucial and critical. #Strength4Weakend
1) Sam, effective communication skills are fundamental to success in many aspects of life. Many jobs require strong communication skills. #Strength4Weakend
2) People with good communication skills also usually enjoy better interpersonal relationships with friends and family. #Strength4Weakend
3) Effective communication is therefore a key interpersonal skill and learning how to improve your communication has many benefits. #Strength4Weakend
Belief System Session: How to Sell without Selling
We are all salespeople. One skill everyone must learn is the ability to sell. And it becomes awemazing when you know how to sell without selling. #UpgradeMastery
Sam, you are either selling or you are being sold. Now, you may argue with this but this is the reality: everyone is selling something. It can be a product or a service but we are all selling. In fact, those who sell more become wealthy and those who can't sell remain broke.
"The rich and the poor, the Lord made them both," not "the Lord made them so". Therefore, sometimes your being rich or poor can come down to your ability to sell.
