I'm going to try and phrase this so I don't hurt anyone's feelings.

Fuck the Teamsters.

The will never be *real* police reform while we let police unions enjoy the immense power they currently wield.

No reform while police hide and spread influence inside other unions 1/
The AFL-CIO *has* a police union. At the very least LE should set up their own chapters of that (preferably after it is expelled from AFL-CIO, which will never happen).

Instead they're allowed to enjoy the sacrifices made by the original Teamsters.

You know, the ones... 2/
that were a part of the original labor movement in this country.

The ones whose picket lines were regularly attacked by police.

The ones whose picket lines police escorted strikebreakers through.

My union doesn't represent cops..... 3/

Good morning, everyone.

Time to burn yesterday's narrative to ashes. 🔥

I'll try to, uh, tone down yesterday's rage. But it's hard when I look at @Cannonfor58's eyes in this photo.

Yesterday's thread...

There's no way to not repeat some of yesterdays info but I'll try to keep that brief.

First, a quick look at how the Georgia Department of Public Safety is set up.

State House Rep. Park Cannon (@Cannonfor58) was arrested almost half an hour... for knocking on a door.

She's been outspoken regarding the newly passed, restrictive, voting law in Georgia.

I suppose Kemp felt the need to put someone "in their place."

The irony, of course, is the allegations surrounding Kemp's own gubernatorial election win and the lack of any Republican effort to "strengthen" election laws then.

I could list everything Kemp had a hand in but with character limits it would take a twenty tweet thread.

New, updated thread on the Proud Boys (#CapitolCapons) and associates involved in that "peaceful protest" at the Capitol on January 6th. I'll probably do this a few times as I learn more and to organize. This is to help other #SeditionHunters.
