The counsel for #PMC tells HC that at present five beds are available. He says that officials on cell phone aren't doctors. They can't tell you directly if beds are there or not unless you give all details like name of patient, #oxygen level, symptoms etc

Bench responds - Mr counsel, even if that's the case, the official on helpline didn't sought details either. She just told there are no beds.

Your dashboardshows 27 ventilator beds are available at present.

On second call, helpline official is informed that patient's #Oxygen level is 85 and needs a ventilator as soon as possible.

The #PuneMunicipalCorporation tells that there are no beds at all.

#PuneCivicBody counsel tells HC that ventilator beds aren't given like this. Only doctors decide whether patient needs a ventilator or not.

#CJ Datta points out that patients cannot be left like this. They can't be made to wait. The official must give info ASAP

#Breaking: After being exposed, #PuneCivicBody now tells #BombayHC it will train all it's helpline officials and would also take corrective measures so that data on beds is made available to all these officials.
