Good morning. I’m on pool duty this morning at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and I’ll be providing audit updates for the next few hours. #azauditpool

Looks like everyone is still mostly getting prepared for the day. Of the 44 counting tables that are set up, only 13 appear to have people at them. It doesn’t look like anyone has started counting yet. #azauditpool

6 of the 13 ballot analysis tables are occupied. They look like they’re examining images at some of them. Others are waiting for things to get started.

Counting has begun at a few of the tables. The rest are still waiting for things to get started.

They’re checking out fresh boxes of uncounted ballots. Some are going to the counting tables, some are going to the evaluation tables.

We’re holding steady at 17 counting tables with people at them, but it looks like only 7 are doing any counting right now.

Things have picked up a little, but not too much. 23 of 44 counting tables are fully or partially staffed, only 9 appear to be counting. 12 of 13 evaluation tables are staffed. #azauditpool

There’s activity at a few more tables. I’ve seen as many as 13 tables counting ballots.

The audit has to clear out of the coliseum on Friday for a slew of graduations scheduled for next week, then they’ll resume the week after that. I’m not seeing any signs that they’re packing things up yet though.

We’ve got upwards of 16-18 tables counting now

They just picked up a couple of Lazy Susans from blue tables and swapped them between the two tables. Not sure what the purpose of that was.

From my vantage point, I can’t see all of what they’re looking at on the laptops at the evaluation tables, but I can see that they’re looking at close-ups of the bubbles that people filled in on their ballots.

That’s something that treasure hunter Jovan Pulitzer claimed his technology uses to detect counterfeit ballots that may have been printed out pre-filled and inserted into the count.

No, there’s no evidence to speak of that such a thing ever happened.

Audit liaison @BennettArizona tells me that he is again in control of the @ArizonaAudit Twitter account. He wouldn’t say exactly who is running it now or who he gave control to when the account went rogue, but he’s in control now, he said.
