We would love our #OSINT and #cybersecurity folks to go grab it and read on below: 1/n
What is it and what is it not? Hunchly Mobile is not the same as Hunchly Desktop. It does *not* do browser capture but what it provides is a way for you to drop files, recorded videos or any other mobile-only content into Hunchly and to annotate them for context. 2/n
Hunchly automatically hashes the files and puts them in a case, just like you would expect. When you are done? Export the mobile case and it provides a handy HTML report with your files, and annotations waiting for review. You can import the zip file into Hunchly Desktop.

The reason we designed it this way was not for investigators in mind, it was for victims and witnesses. Often we found there was a lot of friction during the exchange of evidence between victims, witnesses, law enforcement and attorneys. 4/n
We helped a number of cyberstalking and harassment victims during 2020 and also saw numerous instances of emails that had 15 attached screenshots of threatening texts, but it was difficult to pick through and make sense of them all. It was always painful for a victim to do. 5/n
We knew a solution didn't have to be fancy, it just needed to ease this friction a bit. Sadly our investigator customers (*waves at the crowd* heeyyyyy folks!), we thought of you last but you benefit first, so it seems like a fair trade. You can't stay mad at us anyways. 6/n
We give it away for free so that victims and witnesses, under guidance can use it to build effective, organized, evidence packages. We will keep it free as a thank you to our customers for helping to support us over the years and of course because it will be useful for them. 5/n
Big thanks to our local #YXE partner @pushinteraction and for @phill_mp who literally designed the whole damn thing! As always, we want your feedback so please hit us at team@hunch.ly and if you haven't yet check out digitalevidenceguide.com *FIN*
And in true Justin fashion, I effed the numbering in the thread.

Hey #infosec and #osint people, I have taken a few calls from cyberstalking/harassment victims in the last two weeks.
Does anyone have free/non-profit resources for people who are survivors of abuse, and are dealing with cyberstalking? List them below if possible? Thanks.
No shitting you got another one today after this was posted. Thank you! Keep them coming, someone is compiling them all and will put up a page somewhere. I think most PI or investigations firms should get the URL too so they don’t turn someone away due to finances that need help.
