If true, 2020 was NOT a secure election. Russia penetrated our election infrastructure again. Russia either sat it out or we overwhelmed their efforts. But there is every reason to worry that they may be still inside our election system. Waiting. @RonWyden #SAFEAct 2/

In other words, the Senate Intelligence Committee probably doesn’t have the full picture either! They leave it up to states and counties to come forward and admit they were breached. What an idiotic & dangerous policy. 9/

Before the Florida midterm election, Nelson said the Senate Intelligence Committee had asked him to warn state officials that Russian hackers who had penetrated systems in 2016 were STILL INSIDE IN 2018! Because the FBI & DHS wouldn’t warn state officials of county breaches! 11/
