Parliament or PM's residence,it is not Modi's personal asset,its for any PM of India&the Parliament of India.Then why to oppose?Bcoz loss is going 2b at individual level&so its being opposed with full force.

The new central vista,all Ministries of GOI will run in their own building. Currently,these ministries run in rented buildings all around Delhi whose yearly rent has to be paid by govt in crores. As you all can assume, who is the owner of majority of these building?

The National Herald case,Properties of National Herald worth millions were acquired by Manino Family&then building wr kept on rent for crores to various departments of the government itself.There are hundreds of such properties in Delhi at peak locations.

Official owners of ths buildings r anonymous trusts/companies.Behind the spider web of ths trusts/ companies,ownership lies in the hands of 1 family. And then ths buildings r kept on crores of rent to the GOI since years which now they will loose,so loss is personal&so oppose

All miniatries will b at same location,connected by circular metro reduce huge transportation cost to GOI
Abt 50k central govt emplys will hv better productivity due to modern facility,transport connectivity&less moving between offices

All new ministries building including new parliament will be earthquake resitant,(not currently)
PM house in same location,reducing VVIP mvement making life easier for common ppl
Delimitation exercise will increase MPs to 8-900,which new parliament will be capable of housing
