That does not include State and civil cases perhaps triggering a rush to judgement as jurisdictions and politicians capitalize on the political impact of taking a former President down. That’s why Trump is raising funds and pretending to still be President. It’s his only card.
This ploy does not protect Jr, Ivanka and Eric. Nor is there any crossover to Rudy Giuliani, Mike Flynn, Erik Prince, Roger Stone, Don Jr. and the 1/6 posse. Is this the perfect storm Q warned us about? )))
