Honestly, I think it's way worse. The Russia Stuff (that they were objectively, aggressively wrong on) was reliant on confirmed reporting & govt stmts but it's not like there was a video of it happening. This, not only was there video, but we all watched it unfold in real time.
I really think this very well may be the most psychotic, alternate-reality-to-avoid-admitting-that-I-was-wrong shit Glem has ever gotten himself in to. Like, this is from today, the same day stuff like this (& the letter from the capitol police) comes out. It's just sad.
Well now that I think about it...There was the "Russia, if you're listening" stuff but that's just not as visceral as the violence we saw on January 6th.

This whole thing is insane. But I just can't help but chuckle out how tailor-made this story is for certain 'journalists' who spent years ranting about DEEP STATE, mccarthyism & political actors using ex-spies (THE DOSSIER) on political opponents, but since its not Dems...
they will not even mention it (0 tweets over at Glemwald Industries). Like, you ranted endlessly about McCarthyism...what's more McCarthyite than trying to entrap members of govt for not being loyal to the president? And it involves an ex-spy & fucking Erik Prince, too.
Let's try it in alternate reality: The most odious org on earth, the Center for American Progress, hires an ex-Deep State spook to train operatives to secretly record members of the govt who don't pledge 100% loyalty to Joseph R. Biden.

There would be weeks of tweets about it.

One of the most noticeable things about the Glem-Taibbi axis is just how big of cowards they actually are. They will rant endlessly on a subject, with name-calling, tone-policing & accusations and then when asked a simple question about the heart of the matter, just turtle away.
Matt never responded to the senator's very basic, straightforward question. But of course right after he had time to nutpick at some guy w 10 followers. That guy got a response. B/c he's a coward and knows that he can't say what he actually believes bc he'll really show his ass.
Glenn does the same. All throughout the Russia Stuff, which, it's safe to say, nobody talked about more than him, Glenn would be asked to state basic beliefs ("Did Russia interfere in the election?" "Do you want Donald Trump to win?") and he would just never answer.

FFS this group of anti-Dem losers (Lee, Grim, Glem, Tracey, etc.) are all just circle-jerking around with the same fallacious bs. There is nothing that can be construed in this Bernie tweet as 'defending Liz Cheney'. It's purely a statement of fact about the GOP.
Here's Grim too, of course Because they are all disingenuous creeps who only care about owning the libs.
Notice how none of them have anything to actually say about the substance; the GOP is pushing a Big Lie designed to further subvert democracy & make it harder for minorities to vote. But they don't care about that at all, only scoring point s on the 'shit libs.'
