3. The Government, supported by most of the media, is pumping up fear again and drawing on harrowing news from India...
- a developing country, with very limited health system, and few vaccinated -
....to embed deep hysteria...
4. But contrast the hysteria with reality:

The stress of lockdown has caused 10% of those who quit smoking to start again, according to research company, Mintel.
10. Meanwhile, the deaths mount from excessive drinking caused by lockdown.
Alcohol killed more people in 2020 in England and Wales than in any of the previous 20 years. The ONS says that there were 7,423 deaths from alcohol misuse last year - a rise of 20% from 2019...
11. For the sake of the health and well-being of the nation we all need to push back against those that want to delay our return to freedom.
Public opinion has a big impact on the media: those in charge take notice when they receive a lot of complaints and letters...
12. At Recovery, we encourage you to WRITE, TODAY to your favourite newspapers to demand our freedoms must be returned as planned on the 21st June.
Half measures will not only see much more damage to all our lives, but make the lockdown we fear this winter more likely...
13. You can be assured that SAGE, large parts of the media and certain Government ministers will be doing their level best to thwart unlocking...
...so we must get our common-sense arguments, with your help, in front of the public and STOP them moving the goalposts yet again...
