1 Sheehan on Church: He knew intelligence behind ETs would be engaging in activities that we're seeing now. Everybody having cell phones would help with getting better pics. (Has it?) What he did NOT know is we would have all of the Navy events on EC & WC where UFOs so visible.

4 process of portraying UFOs as a threat, were critical of DoD & saying UFOs were intruding into our air space (nukes, aircraft carriers, etc.). DS reviewed backgrounds of various folks in TTSA (didn't meet any of them) & came to opinion that they were operating on behalf of DIA

5 DS thought that antagonistic attitude towards ETs (how does he know they're ETs?) was not a good thing. Mentions Dolan's work with FOIA and how docs show gov't tried to destroy reputations of folks involved with UFOs. Portrayed them as crazy and ruined careers.

6 DS viewed TTSA and the threat angle a new phase of DIA as "an unfortunate change of position." Went from denying their existence to saying they're real..but a threat. Brings up Malmstrom AF Base and nukes being shut off. Says DoD views nukes being shut off as a threat.

7 DS didn't see that as a national security threat to the U.S. but a threat to their bureaucracy. DS, prompted by Church: TTSA saw a peculiar ambiguity w/TTSA's message. DoD didn't see it as threat bc they didn't admit they even existed. Entire infrastructure of military was not

8 conducting themselves as a threat. TTSA would say they're real & confident they're not Russian, Chinese or ours. But wouldn't go to the ET conclusion. When confronted on if they believe they were ET? Well, hard to find another explanation but wouldn't just say it. DS critical

18 Sheehan worked on another case where Judge asked him what kind of clearance he wanted. He needed it to look at certain pieces of evidence in the case. DS told judge: I'd like a Q clearance. Judge: Done! :-)

DS: There are discussion DS & Lue had. DS has been pressing to find out how much Lue intends to make public with what he knows. In those discussions,

21 (DS mentions attorney/client privilege) they've spoken about things & Lue has said we don't have tech like that. Without broaching attorney/client: DS tried to find out how far Lue had been briefed in. Has Lue been briefed in on Lockheed & others as far as back engineering.

22 Was Lue briefed in on whether we have saucers/UFOs? DS needed to know what areas Lue HAD been briefed in on and what security levels. (BTW, if Danny was worried about attorney/client privilege & talked to Greer about what Lue said, that's a major **** up).

23 DS brings up Greer believing we have advanced, black tech that was back engineered from ET craft. And Greer thinks majority of UFO sightings are ours.

JC: can he state that as fact?

DS: I don't know. (I do. He can't. He COULD be right but he cannot state that as fact).

24 DS: Greer believes a false flag attack by aliens is the national security state plan. DS doesn't believe that. DS has been briefed in on what kind of tech we have developed & experts told him that SOME craft developed at S-4 (developed by Ben Rich/Lockheed) could be mistaken

25 for some UFO sightings. Those would not be the superluminal craft we hear about. DS thinks they are capable of a false flag alien invasion. And whether or not Lue had been briefed in on whether or not ET materials had been recovered. Lue & DS DID have that convo.

JC: Does that put you in a strange position with Lue and attorney client privilege if ur also representing Greer?

27 DS: I don't go back and forth between Greer & Lue. Some folks mad at DS for representing Lue bc they think Lue is a disinfo. agent and liar. But they need to separate Lue from TTSA. DS: Lue knows I want to get all of the info, disclosed. Lue wants that, too.

32 DS said that when you have folks who know some of these craft are not ours and then they waffle and say, "Well, it COULD be "other" instead of just sharing their true opinions, that's bad for the cause and frustrates a lot of people.

33 180 Day UAPTF Report. DS makes point that UAPTF won't file report with Congress. That will be done with DNI and they'll have a chance to edit it. Top levels of national security structure will decide what SSCI gets. No discussion of Gang of 8 being briefed.

34 Thinks report won't be any major revelation. Will be a political decision. POTUS and DNI doesn't get briefed in on this subject. Doesn't think folks in task force will be briefed in on this. (Not sure what "this" means). Expects a delay.

UAPTF folks are low level and know don't know 1/5 of the UFO data that exists.

40 DS thinks report will show 10% of UFO info that's available. These folks will do as little as they can get away with and we need to keep the pressure on them.

41 JC: Is there some type of public display of the 180 Report changing hands. DS reiterates that wording says the report isn't even mandated by law. He expects another 180 extension and they will hope the media fervor dies down and people will lose interest.
