One of the more recent scholars of Chinnamasta Devi and the one who wrote treatises identifying Her as Renuka devi was none other than Kayvyakantha Ganapati Muni:
Another initiate of Shri Vidya born in the Vasistha Gotra in 1878, his birth itself was associated with a miracle.
👇🏻
The miracle was thus:
His mother while staying overnight in a Surya temple had Darshan of a luminous Goddess carrying a golden pot.
The pot vanished into his mother’s garbha.
Vasistha Muni was born in 1878....
Literally known as Kavyakantha!!
He composed Umasahasram and in his lifetime apparently showed one of the countenances of Chinnamasta:
Actual Kapalabheda... (according to sources alive then).
He had his differences with many seers called the Vedas man made for instance (not Apourusheya as we believe... )
Before he was born, his father was in Kashi at the Dhundhi Ganapati performing Tapascharya and he had a divya vision where he saw a child emanate out of the deity and come towards him...
thus was born Vasistha Ganapati Muni... (his mother believed that he was Agni essence)
He was absolutely insistent that he was an amsa of Dhundhi Ganapati.. which is absolutely true:)
“vyapohya shirshakapale bhurityagnau prati tishati”
These words were said by the great sage Ramana Maharishi for the experience of Kapalabheda which was the inner realisation of Ganapati muni.
Who else but Ganesha can experience Ganesha?
Only Shiva can experience Shiva!!

1. Prati DivasA Mahimkiranah Pariveshi Sandhyyorathava
Rakto Stameti Raktoditascha Bhoopam Karotyanyam
Verse from Brihat Samhita of Varahamihira:
Sun encircled by Parivesha every day during two Sandhyas or + if red in colour setting and rising indicates change in sovereign.
2. That verse ( Ch 3:34) indicates that the Parivesha or halo around Sun needs persisting at two Sandhyas and needs to be reddish in colour.... this one is not like that.
Varahmihira adds:
Divaskratah Pratisuryo Jalkraddugdha Dakshina Stitho Anilakruth.
Verse 37.5
If the Prati Surya is to the North of the Sun, rains result, To the South, danger from floods.

How many sleepless nights did Bhisma spend?
The first person to show this was Srinivas Raghavan and the next person was my mentor Dr Achar.
Why should the counting be from day 1 of the war according to Raghavan/Achar becomes clear here:
👇🏻
Please note the idea given by Achar/Raghavan was the first time anyone thought of actually counting from the start of the war. Not one other astronomer thought of it.
My contribution:
Separating first part of verse from second part of verse to give reason for their statement!
👇🏻
Only in the second part of the sentence does Bhisma say almost as an afterthought:
That “the arrows are making every moment seem like a century”
Now ask the question:
Can this be 58 nights on bed of arrows?
Ans: No!

1. For any Mahabharata war theory to be considered as useful:
1. Are all verses of Saturn resolved satisfactorily?
2. Are all verses of Jupiter resolved satisfactorily?
3. Are verses of Mars resolved satisfactorily?
Contd.
4. Are 60+ verses of Drona Parva considered to show a Moonrise with a Moon in the late waning phase for the 14th war night?
5. Is the 14th war night Moonrise visible?
6. Is Kartika Purnima shown to be before the Mahabharata war?
Contd’
7. Are there at least 2 eclipses prior to the war? (If ch 2/3 Bhisma Parva verses quoted in support?)
8. Is Pushya Nakshatra 1 separated from Pushya Nakshatra 2 and can the researcher show Balarama’s pilgrimage satisfactorily?

Assuming that contingency plans are being made for the future, this could be done:
A central war room hub and spoke model with 12 (24?) peripheral war rooms each with 50 telephone operators in queue timing for patients.
10 decision makers in each war room.
Thread.
Close to main epicentres of the pandemic will be situated 12(24?) 500 bedded hospitals under tents. Army can set up those, each with its own O2 manufacturing facility.
Each of these near a railway station with a train taking max 6 hours to the tent hospitals.
A small army troop deployment can be near each station to help patients make their way to the train and to the 12 (24?) 500 or 1000 bedded facilities under tents.
Those need approx 1 doctor per 10 beds, 1 nurse per 4 beds. Rotation of doctors and nurses.

@kshatriyashaiva claims Kaliyuga started on the last war day which is Pushya!!
Let’s ask a basic Q:
What is the Nakshatra for the last day of the war and pilgrimage?
👇🏻
Is it Shravana as the verse claims or Pushya as you claim?
👇🏻
@kshtriyashaiva also claims that Kaliyuga must start during the war timeline which must be Pushya.
Fine.
Would you like to state how many Nakshatras prior to Shravana (last day of the war) nakshatra does Pushya arrive?
And best part @KshtriyaShaiva
If we accept Kaliyuga arrived during the Mahabharata war on a Pushya Nakshatra THEN it cannot be on the last war day because the other reference says that it is Shravana nakshatra.
This debunks Nilesh’s theory and not mine.

I agree with @pranasutra and @irudragaur on this.
Some lakshman rekhas are there and should not be crossed. Yashoda and Sri Krishna are sacrosanct.
That’s it !
Part of the problem is the inability to realise that each person may have a different path to Sri Krishna.
The one who imagines him as her son also gets Madhurya ... let’s not confuse matters.
Gopaler Ma who was in times of Ramakrishna always thought of Balagopala!
That Gopaler Ma who was in times of Ramakrishna always thought of Balagopala and realised him through those means of Dhyana shows that this is a definite path of devotion for Krishna Bhaktas..., and this is one of my Pratyaksha Pramanas for why the interpretation by JV is wrong.
