Debunking colonialist lies and erasure of Jewish History from the land of Israel, a thread
There are few things colonizers love more than erasing the history of people they colonized, change the names of their land & cities, and then pretend that it was always theirs. That's what we see today with these attempts to rebrand Israel
1) Tzfat

The area where Tzfat is located is in the territory of Naftali, as described in Sefer Shoftim (Judges). It is mentioned both by Josephus and the Jerusalem Talmud as a Jewish city during the 2nd Temple era.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city.
2) Tiveria

Built on the ruins of the Jewish city Rakkat, mentioned in Sefer Yehoshua. Renamed Tiberias after the Roman empire Tiberius, but Jews kept referring to it as Rakkat until much much later. This is near where Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai hid for over a decade from the Romans
The Sanhedrin fled there after persecutions from the Romans forced it to leave Jerusalem. It's in fact the last place the Sanhedrin ever convened. This is also where the Mishnah was compiled by Rebbi, as well as the Jerusalem Talmud afterwards.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
3) Nazareth

Known worldwide for being the birthplace of a certain carpenter who had a pretty big influence on the non-Jewish world, when it comes to Jewish it was a settlement that we populated as soon as we came in the land from Egypt.
It played a role as a shelter to Kohanim during the Bar Kochba rebellion. It's true that it was never a major center of Jewish life, being sparsely populated until well into the Byzantine period, but that doesn't change the fact that:

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
4) Beit She'an

First mentioned in the Jewish Bible in Sefer Shmuel Alef (Samuel 1) as the site where Shaul HaMelech and his son Yonathan were killed and their bodies hung.

It is later mentioned in Sefer Melachim Alef (Kings 1) as part of Shlomo HaMelech's kingdom.
Shlomo HaMelech managed to subdue the inhabitants and take over. Jews lived there afterward and there are many historical sites attesting to this.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
5) Nablus

Originally called Flavia Neapolis, the "new city of the Flavius", named as such by Emperor Vespasian.

Since Arabic doesn't include the letter P, the name was eventually bastardized as Nablus as a result.
(They also pronounce palestine as balestine since they can't pronounce the name given to the land by the Romans after the defeat of the Bar Kochba Rebellion).

It was a city used by Romans as a base & control center for their presence in the land

Verdict: not a palestinian city
6) Ramallah

Actually a palestinian city! In fact, one of the only two major city founded by the Arab colonizers in Israel.

Verdict: True!
7) Jerusalem

Appears by name 669 times in the Jewish Bible, as well as 154 under the name Zion.

Appears exactly zero times in the Qu'ran, in fact when Caliph Omar claimed that Jerusalem was Al-Aqsa he was accused of trying to Judaize Islam.

Verdict: Is & always will be ours!
8) Chevron

Site where Avraham bought the plot of land to bury Sarah. One of the most important city in Judaism. Uninterrupted Jewish presence until the pogroms of 1929 forced us to leave.

Verdict: I mean, for real? Obviously not a palestinian city.
9) Akko

First mentioned in the book of Shoftim (Judges) as part of the territory of Asher. According to Josephus, was ruled by one of Sholomo HaMelech's many governors. Played an important role in the Maccabean revolt.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
10) Haifa

Where Eliyahu HaNavi hid in a cave. Haifa is mentioned in the Talmud, this is where teichelet dye for tzitzit was mainly produced.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
11) Jenin

Most likely a Samaritan village. Existed all the way back in the days of the first Temple.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
12) Tulkarm

Most likely built by either the Crusaders and surrounding Samaritans. Was taken over after the reconquest of Saladin.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city
13) Tel Aviv-Yaffo

Let's start with Tel Aviv. Was literally built on sandy hills where nothing had ever existed before.

This is a picture of the founders of the city, where the city would be founded.

Verdict: pretty self-evident
As far as Yaffo goes, it is mentioned multiple times in the Tanach, was in the territory of Dan and a major port city for trading.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city either.
14) Ramla

Actually founded by the Umayyad colonizers.

Verdict: Actually a palestinian colony!
15) Gaza

Area that was originally inhabited by the Plishtim, a sea-faring Phoenician people. Historically, many Jews lived in the area. Mentioned in the Bible.

Verdict: Not palestinian land!
16) Be'er Sheva

Mentioned many times in the Jewish Bible, this where Avraham and Yitshak both dwelled, mentioned later on as a site where the sons of Shmuel lived, where Shaul built a fort, where Eliyahu hid from Yezevel.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city!
17) Eilat

Mining was done there for thousands of years. Predates the Islamic invasion.

Literally consisted of 5 huts and an abandoned police station in 1948.

Verdict: Not a palestinian city!
Finally

18) Palestine

After the failed Bar Kochba rebellion, Emperor Hadrian decided to rename the land Palaistine after our enemies the Phlistim, a sea-fearing people of Phoenician origin as a diss because we tried to rebel against Rome.

Verdict: Not an Arabic name!
Conclusion:

Tzaf, Tiveria, Nazareth, Beit She'an, Nablus, Jerusalem, Hebron, Akko, Haifa, Jenin, Tel Aviv, Yaffo, Gaza & Beer Sheva predate the Arab invasion of 636 CE. Ramla & Ramallah however were founded by the Arab colonizers

Stop trying to erase Jewish history in our land
As a side note: Shechem which is partly where the city of Nablus is located today, as well as the site where Yosef HaTsaddik is buried. We've obviously always had a long history living there.

Debunking anti-Israel lies and the use of Sefaradim & Mizrachim as tokens in antizionist propaganda, a thread
1) Ethiopians were sterilized

Claims were made in the early 2000s that, unkowningly, hundreds of Ethiopian women had been given Depo-Provera, a contraceptive that lasts only for 2 to 3 months. So, no, that's not forced sterilization to begin with.
Women who were given the injection were asked by if they were able to give birth after the injection. All of them answered yes. In 2016, the State Controller did a long inquiry in the matter & found that no woman had been forced.
