Detective Erik Kammerer (Officer #67) is a Police Use of Force investigator, and possibly the most violent man I've ever met.
When Erik started with Portland Police one of the first things he did was illegally break into someone's home.

Kammerer was actually removed from Portland Police’s Riot Team this past fall, allegedly for overly brutal conduct/public outcry. After noticing a pattern of extremely violent behavior from Officer 67, myself and others worked to identify and name him.
We got his name by tracking his face, gear and helmet number to past photos of the Rapid Response Team, back when Portland Police wore nametags. Although the Press has named Kammerer as 67, the city hasn't. The City only has said "Officer 67" has been removed from the Riot team.
Mayor Ted Wheeler’s office has said that city attorneys told the mayor that releasing Officer 67’s name could jeopardize pending investigations and the chance for appropriate discipline.

Downtown Portland at the federal courthouse, anti DHS/ICE and #StopLine3 protesters gather. A few of the remaining uncovered windows have been broken. An American flag burns in front of the door.
The glass door gets smashed and DHS agents unload pepper balls into the crowd.

Unacceptable harassment and intimidation from the city and Police out of the fear of accountability. Portland Police still operates as a secret police force, and they are attempting to punish those who seek to have it not be.
