When you are insecure, you constantly seek the validation of people around you.

You will feel good only when they validate you by giving good comments.

Instead, validate yourself by believing in yourself.

✅Don't beg for friendships:✅

Most people's lives revolve around a friend's circle in which they play social & attention games.

They get upset if a friend doesn't talk to them because of an issue

Real men try to discuss and solve it and don't lose their cool over petty issues

✅Speak up your truth:✅

Don't fail to speak up your opinions in front of people, just because you're afraid of failure & rejection

Let others know your opinions & even if they reject them, it is fine

But saying 'yes' to everyone without saying anything valuable, is even worse

✅Be consistent:✅

Be stable and consistent in your efforts and show up every day.

People can't rely on you if you have a good reputation for messing up things.

Let people know that you are good at what you do by being perfect and not by fake promises.

✅Put yourself first:

You should treat yourself like a King if you want others to treat you like a king.

Don't sacrifice your needs just because it clashes with someone else's interests. Do what feels right to you

Taking care of yourself first is not selfish but a selfless act

✅Be confident:✅

You can become self-confident only by overcoming your fear of failure and rejection.

You are not in a school, where everyone remembers everyone else's mistake.

You are a grown-up and nobody remembers your successes and failures in the real world.

✅Respect others' perspective:✅

Develop the tendency to accept genuine criticism and to reject useless comments thrown at you stemmed from hatred.

Only very few people genuinely wish you good.

Identify them, stick with them and nurture your relationships with them.

✅Have a purpose:✅

You should find something that you are passionate about & devote your life to it.

If you don't have a purpose, you'll start chasing people and things in life to fill the void.

If you approach people from this state of desperation, they'll sense it in you.

✅Take care of your body:✅

You can't be obese, drunk, tired and a high-value man at the same time.

Train your muscles, and develop a sturdy muscular physique.

Drinking, smoking, and doing drugs are not symbols of being cool (That's the media's propaganda).

Give them up.
