Belgium has promised to donate 4 million vaccine doses. The EU, 100 million.

But the world needs over 11 BILLION.

We won't get there while the EU continues to block wider production of vaccines globally.

Understand the scale of the problem...

Donating millions of doses maybe makes a nice headline, but it hides the real problem: the artificial scarcity of vaccine doses created in part by the EU's blocking of wider vaccine production globally.

Then, they handed a few crumbs to the poor and expected everyone to praise them for their generosity... 🙄

All while using their seat on the town council to block business permits for new bakeries... 😠

Every time EU leaders want to divert attention from how they are blocking wider vaccine production, they try these same paper-thin arguments about donations. It's a bogus distraction.

Sadly, they try to hide behind COVAX in the same way, but that program is also limited in what it aims to achieve and has a number of other questions surrounding it...

Ask yourself this:

❓ In a global pandemic - a once-in-a-century crisis - who should set the production levels for vaccines, the most vital part of the solution?

The EU says a few pharma companies should set production levels for vaccines.

Those companies will obviously do so based on what's best for them: maximum profit.

But the world needs a solution based on what's best for humanity: maximum production.

BTW, saying we need 11 billion vaccine doses is very conservative.

And with 3rd doses & new recipes for new variants needed, current low production capacity will be stretched further.
