Inspector B confirmed in writing to @OPCW that he agreed with the findings of the FFM interim report. Both individuals had left prior to the bulk of analysis of hundreds of samples by independent labs that identified presence of reactive chlorine 2/4

Re: Scientific Advisory Board. CSP established SAB in 2004 to provide specialist advice regarding specific technical issues. SAB no role / authority for reviewing FFM investigations. That responsibility rests with OPCW Executive Council should Russia genuinely want to pursue 4/4
