@StandNewsHK A member of C&G Apartment and Happy Valley District Councillor Clara Cheung commemorated victims of the #TiananmenMassacre with an art performance in Causeway Bay, where she plucked out pedals of 64 white flowers and put them in a plastic can.

2/ Hundreds of police officers were deployed at Victoria Park on Friday evening in anticipation of people showing up for the city's annual Tiananmen Massacre vigil in defiance of a police ban.
3/ Hundreds of black-clad activists roamed the streets around the park holding electronic candles as police sought to disperse them, unfurling flags warning they were in breach of the law. Police widened their cordon around the park and kept people and onlookers moving.

1/ Danny Chan, 30, made a sketch of the Victoria Park security guards standing in front of him as they held signs directing people to use other routes to access the swimming pool and tennis court amid the Tiananmen Massacre vigil police lockdown.
2/ Chan, who described himself as a "war zone artist," said he never commemorated the Tiananmen crackdown but enjoyed watching others pay attribute as well as documenting "peaceful scenes" at a protest or demonstration.
3/ "I used to paint with acrylic on a canvas… but considering I may have to run, I can only bring a small sketch book and pack as lightly as possible."

Some residents in the area told @HKFP that they were buying food enough for a couple of days. Otherwise, the district appears to be calm.
"The food here is enough for a couple of days... I've already been tested a couple of times, I'm not that worried about not being able to get out of the lockdown," said a local resident who declined to give her name.
