Constitution review is ongoing and i was expecting we'd bring all the #EndSars energy and coordination to bear. Except for Lagos thats demanding for special status, many other states are fooling around and the few youth who have approached the hearing committee are the clowniest.

We had to pass a law pursuing parity for HND & BSc because we copied UK's technical education system, without systems for systems decomposition that brings learning outcomes to bear, in our occupational culture. Polytechnics ought to produce electrical technicians, not engineers.
UK doesnt have a written constitution but has an extensive spread of a formidable human institutions. Fiscal federalism requires a very high technical & vocational competence at d local government level than we have. But as a rule of thumb, most of our LGs don't employ graduates.
