Indira Gandhi said in Parliament and I quote
"We have lost in #GuruGolwalkar, a famous personality who was not an MP, but held the respected position in nation by the force of his personality".
Remembering ShriGuruji on his Punya Smaran.
I'm listing few moments of history which
is not revealed by Dynasty & their affiliates.
Born in 1906, Guruji wanted to do research and after finishing graduation from BHU, he went to Chennai, midway in his studies facing financial difficulties, he returned back to BHU and became a professor.
Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar
became Guruji here at Banaras Hindu University under the able guidance of Pandit Malaviya.
Guruji became a monk under Swami Akhandananda (Brother of Swami Vivekananda) and in 1937 when Swamiji passed away, Guruji again turned towards Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and the association
with RSS began...
Guruji was also inspired by Maharshi Aurobindo and Guruji's nationalism wasn’t one that had ego or tried to rule over people with the use of force.
It was a cultural nationalism imbued with spirituality.
In Bharatiya Tradition, being grateful and giving your
best to the nation is mark of excellence & not only he preached, but also lead his life the Way he preached.
Did you know, Gurujis name was in the list of probables for Puri Shankaracharya?
But selfless he was, Guruji declined it saying his life is dedicated to RSS.
In 1964, when #VHP was established, he was one of the founding members under Swami Chinmayannada.
In 1966, on VHPs first conference held at Prayag Kumbamela, Guruji passed a resolution, disown Varnashrama (Caste System).
He said, HINDAVAHA SADORAHA, NA HINDU PATITO BHAVET
(All Hindus Are Born Out Of The Same Womb - Bharata Maata), therefore there is no Untouchability.
This was the biggest reformist push anybody could have imagined. The signatories included all the Shankaracharyas who were firm believers in varnashram system at one time. To brand
such a man as forcing ‘Brahminical Hegemony’ is most ill-informed criticism or deliberate propaganda.
Shri Guruji’s role leading from the front during the dark days of partition is recorded in history. Infact, such was his popularity that BBC remarked, “the only person who can
beat Nehru in popularity is RSS chief Golwalkar.” He was in Sindh on 7th August 1947 when most of the Congress leaders had escaped to safer environs of partitioned India, sometimes taking help of RSS. He refused to be cowed down into non-violence as advocated by Nehru, Gandhi
when millions were being butchered. But, he was equally clear that one must be strong and should retaliate only when attacked. RSS volunteers saved thousands of Hindus and Sikhs at the cost of their lives, home and families. They worked from Sindh to Punjab to Jammu & Kashmir to
Bengal. He was felicitated in Punjab by the jathedars of Mastuana Sahib Gurudwara near Sangrur in recognition of his work as a saviour of the society. His allergy for publicity was so profound, just like Dr. Hedgewar that he even refused to release a book recounting role of RSS
during this period, saying, “One doesn’t publish the news of serving one’s mother. It is our duty that we carried out. We do not complement our swayamsevaks as they were just doing their duty to the motherland.”
Guruji was the only surviving son in the family, no sibling had
survived childhood. When his mother insisted on him getting married, telling him who will carry the family name, the ‘kul’, he replied, “Mother, 1000s of kuls will need to disappear for Bharatmata to rise again in its glory.”
When Nehru imposed ban was lifted, many Swayamsevaks
had lost their jobs, businesses, money..
Yet Golwalkar didn't deter, in last 33 years, Guruji travelled across Bharat around 50 times to build RSS, to build Nation.
He told swayamsevaks working in social service (sewa) that there can be no discrimination in Sewa (or service) on
basis of religion, caste or creed. In an interview with the editor of The Illustrated Weekly in Nov 1972, he said “Indianisation doesn't mean making all people Hindu. Let us realise that we are all the children of this soil coming from same stock, that our great forefathers were
one and our aspirations are also one. This is all, I believe, the meaning of Indianisation.”
Once he said, Train Compartment is my home and not to forget, Giruji always preferred 3rd Class Compartment.
In his final days, Cancer had conquered him, yet he was working.
He usually
had to say, Cancer is for my body, not for my brain.
When Ramakanth Deshpande complained about Christian Missionaries luring Tribals, Guruji started VANAVASI KALYANA ASHRAM to serve tribals..
Guruji's last speech was at Nagpur on 25th March
It lasted 40 minutes though he could
barely speak,
"The Single Aim Of Ours Is To Make Our Nation Stand High Commanding Respect
One Fine Day Word HINDU Will Be Recognised & Finished His Speech Saying Vijay Hi Vijay Hai.
On 4th June, He Joked To His Closest Swayamsevaks, It's All Over Now.
On 5th June 1973, Guruji
Attained Sadgati.
He had left 3 letters to be opened after his demise and on 6th June Babasaheb Bhide opened the 1st and it was written Balasaheb Deoras to be made the head of RSS, in the 2nd it was written THERE SHOULD BE NO MEMORIAL EXCEPT FOR HEDGEWAR.
And the 3rd Seeking
Apologies From Every Swayamsevak If There's Any Mistake.

Why Kashmir and its Hindus are suffering?

#PanditRamchandraKak needed to remind us that Kashmir is a wellspring of our civilization, and it is that understanding that guided the principles for which he stood and defended as prime minister of Jammu and Kashmir. We forget too
that Jammu was Jambu, that gave its name to Jambudvipa, that became the name of our entire land. What began as Kasyapa-pur and Jambu, and is today a truncated Jammu and Kashmir, is thus at the very core of our civilisational identity.

He lead his final 36 years of glorious life
in solitary, probable reason could be DISENCHANTMENT on Kashmir/Bharat.
Rama Chandra Kak, another victim of Gandhi's Stupidity, Sardar's Blind Loyalty & Nehru's Vengeance.

the 7 people who established Communist Party of India.
The Tragedy is HIS DEATH.
He was Executed By Joseph Stalin on 28 October 1937 and his death was acknowledged only after 20 Years.
Along with him there was another victim, Virendranath Chattopadhaya, the younger brother of
Sarojini Naidu.
For a set of freedom fighters, the lure of Marx & Russia proved fatal. They were drawn to Bolshevism by Lenin and met their end at the hands of Joseph Stalin.

#SheshadriIyerJayanti

Shivanasamudra is where Asia’s first major hydroelectric power plant began operations from on September 26, 1908. The then-king of Mysore, Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wodeyar, ushered the electrical era in style by switching on the power from his throne room in
Jagan Mohana Palace.
He then turned to commend K. Sheshadri Iyer, the Dewan of Mysore, whose vision and tireless efforts had resulted in the state harnessing power from the flow of river at Shivanasamudra. This is just one of the many achievements of the man regarded by most at
the ‘Maker of Modern Bangalore.’

Well, this article is all about K Seshadri Iyer’s vision, efforts, and the achievements of this brilliant man.

Sir Kumarapuram Seshadri Iyer served as the Dewan of Mysore. K Seshadri Iyer was the second Dewan of Mysore state and was also its
