1/9 Thread:

"Decolonizing", "whiteness" - these are the words at the forefront of K12 CRT curricula being implemented in WA state by @waOSPI and @WA_SBE.

This Thread will discuss the influence of Frantz Fanon on CRT in your kid's school and his genocidal legacy. ImageImageImage
2/9
This recent article defending CRT in schools [bostonreview.net/race-politics/…] accuses those who oppose it of "conjuring neo-Marxist bogeyman" and not crediting Fanon. I will hold them to claiming Fanon. Image
3/9
In the Forward to 'Black Skin, White Masks', Fanon's body of work is described as "Hegelian-Marxist dialectic".

Fanon treats race in accordance with Marxist philosophy. This is when 'white' started functioning like kulak. ImageImage
4/9
Fanon influenced the 'beta test version' of what is currently happening in the USA:
the Ethiopian Student Movement.

Receipts from Socialist 'Jacobin Magazine' on Fanon's legacy in Ethiopia, from Marxist uprising to ethnic strife, read last pic:

The article links to a paper from the time of the Ethiopian Student Movement:
ethnicities calling each other 'supremacists'; some more 'conscious' than others have the duty to 'liberate' themselves first.

Current Ethiopian hashtags show the legacy of Hegel-Marx-Fanon.

Exactly the results you would expect from an ethno-Marxist ideological experiment "running amok".
#AmharaGenocide
#TigrayGenocide
#OromoGenocide
#SomaliGenocide
#GurageGenocide
#SidamaGenocide
#AfarGenocide

Now back to the classroom.
"Decolonizing", "Whiteness"; these terms are the work of Fanon, so we know they come with Fanon's promise of activist violence. ImageImage
8/9
If proto-CRT can turn Ethiopia (never colonized by a European country) into an ethnic-cleansing hellscape, we should take note of that and kick it out of our schools.
These are not conservative sources I used to present this case.
9/9
When @waOSPI begins collecting ethnic/nationality identity data (unprecedented) from kids next year (examples below) - think of the ethno-Marxist, genocidal philosophy they adhere to. ImageImage

@waOSPI Race and Ethnicity Student Data Task Force

"Washington will be the first state to collect such comprehensive race and ethnicity student data."

...in order to "promote racial equity" and "facilitate systemic change"

"Disaggregated student data must be at the forefront of decision-making making at the classroom, school, district, and state levels."

"Districts have... through the 2021-22 school year, to fully implement the changes."

@waOSPI will weigh 'opportunity gaps' between Black students from almost 80 categories (ex: Lesotho vs. The South Sandwich Islands).

White students are differentiated into a handful of Eastern Euro nationalities.

Choose, or the school will choose for you.
