Great news!  Cleveland clinic study of 52,238 employees shows unvaccinated people who have had COVID 19 have no difference in re-infection rate than people who had COVID 19 and who took the vaccine.
This information frees up millions of doses of vaccines for those not yet infected in places with vaccine shortages like India.

The immune response to natural infection is highly likely to provide protective immunity even against the SARS-CoV-2 variants...
Thus, recovered COVID-19 patients are likely to better defend against the variants than persons who have not been infected but have been immunized with spike-containing vaccines only.

Today I spoke on the floor AGAIN about government waste and urged the Senate to adopt my amendment that would ban the funding of gain-of-function research in China. You can watch it here:
NSF sent $1.3 million to study making insects into animal feed, on top of that we spent nearly $3 million to study if humans would eat insects as a means to combat climate change.

That’s $4 million on eating insects.
NIH Spent over $800,000 to study whether Japanese Quails are more Sexually promiscuous on cocaine. I think we could have simply polled the audience….and of course found they are…

Dr Fauci dissembled or tried to hide his long time support for ‘gain-of-function’ research which creates super-viruses that jump from animals to humans.
11 labs in the US create these super-viruses in the US and one of them collaborated with Wuhan Virology Inst —Fauci has supported NIH funds for all these labs!

This impeachment is nothing more than a partisan exercise designed to further divide the country. Democrats claim to want unify the country but impeaching a former president, a private citizen, is the antithesis of unity.
Democrats brazenly appointing a pro impeachment democrat to preside over the trial is not fair or impartial and hardly indicates any kind of unity for the country.

No, unity is the opposite of this travesty we are about to witness.

Take Congress...PLEASE! They have really outdone themselves this year with the massive special interest giveaway disguised as a relief bill. It is a disgrace in both the level of spending and the process they used to try to sneak it through. But this week’s pork-a-thon isn’t new.
My #Festivus Waste Report is now an unfortunate Holiday tradition, though a shameful one, if most legislators had any shame. Why? This one report details $54 BILLION in wasted spending.
